- Any supporting documentation
Grievances may be submitted via email or in writing to program administration.
Step 3: Review and Investigation
Program leadership will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within three (3) business days and conduct a review. This may include interviews with involved parties and examination of relevant documentation.
Step 4: Resolution
A written decision will be provided within ten (10) business days of receipt of the formal grievance. The response will outline findings and any actions taken.
Step 5: Appeal Process
If the participant is not satisfied with the outcome, they may submit an appeal within five (5) business days of the decision. Appeals will be reviewed by senior leadership, and a final determination will be issued within ten (10) business days.
